Directions to St George
Parish
From Interstate 91 and 291- Go to Downtown Springfield exits and take Rte. 291 East to junction with MassPike Exit 6. Take Fuller Rd. Exit which is last exit on Rte. 291. Go down ramp and take a right at Stop sign. Proceed to traffic light and turn left over bridge and then right on to East Main Street (Rte 141). Travel approximately 1.5 miles until you see a red brick Church with a square tower on your left. Turn left onto Belcher Street, passing in front of Church. Take first left onto Maple Street into large parking lot. Walk to far end of lot and pass between the convent and the garage and you will find the school building there. Parish Hall is at rear of building.
From MassPike - Take Exit 6, Take left off ramp onto beginning of Rte 291-west and take immediate right onto Fuller Rd. Exit. At traffic light get in middle lane and go straight over bridge. Take a right onto East Main Street (Rte 141) Travel approximately 1.5 miles until you see a red brick Church with a square tower on your left. Turn left onto Belcher Street, passing in front of Church. Take first left onto Maple Street into large parking lot. Walk to far end of lot and pass between the convent and the garage and you will find the school building there. Parish Hall is at rear of building.
From Rte 33 –South
Hadley area. Go to end of Rte 33 at junction of 33 and Rte 141. Go over
bridge and take a left onto East Main Street (Rte 141) go to top of hill until
you see a red brick Church with a square tower on your right. Turn right onto
Belcher Street, passing in front of Church. Take first left onto Maple Street
into large parking lot. Walk to far
end of lot and pass between the convent and the garage and you will find the
school building there. Parish Hall is at rear of building.
From Springfield area- follow Liberty Street into Chicopee where it becomes Broadway. Follow Broadway to intersection of East, Belcher and Broadway and go onto Belcher Street. Take first right onto Maple Street and immediate left into parking lot. Walk to far end of lot and pass between the convent and the garage and you will find the school building there. Enter by convent side door to school.
From MassPike West- Take Exit 5- go through toll booth and bear right, go to end of ramp and proceed right onto Rte. 33 South. Go through three lights and over bridge (under construction), Go straight at light over bridge to top of hill and turn left at light (onto Belcher Street). Proceed straight until you are in front of Church (< a .25 mile) and enter parking lot on corner. Walk to far end of lot and pass between the convent and the garage and you will find the school building there. Enter by convent side door to school.
